Response time

For critical topics, we usually respond faster.

Support replies in your request language whenever possible.

How to reach us

  1. Briefly describe what happened and which device and app version you are using.
  2. Send screenshots or error messages when possible.
  3. Send everything to support@bitebook.ch.

Where to find the app version: Inside the app under Settings > Support & Legal. Include that version in your message whenever possible.

Support inside the app

Inside BiteBook, you can submit support tickets with a description and screenshots in the contact area.

Delete account

In Settings > Profile you can delete your account directly. This removes profile data, your own content, support tickets, and stored push tokens.

Privacy requests

If you no longer have access to the app, send access, rectification, or deletion requests to support@bitebook.ch or to the privacy contact listed in the policy.
